Blue Doodles

Blue Doodles is open and airy.  Designed to showcase the lovely overdyed canvas, it has lots of interesting stitches worked in shades of smoky blue. I hope you enjoy stitching it as much as I did.

The stitch count is 181 x 181 on 18 count mono canvas in Vintage French Blue.  

If you are unable to find this overdyed canvas, consider painting your own!  Gather your threads, and then find a nice blue acrylic paint to match the threads.  Using a dry stencil brush - apply the paint to white mono canvas using circular motions until the paint coverage on the canvas is to your liking.  Make sure the mesh holes on the canvas are clear of paint.  Let dry and start stitching!
