The January mini-pillow was inspired by The Banquet, Freda's first mystery sampler. This mini-pillow design features a stunning partial Jessica center focal point. All of the pillows have a finished size of 3 ½” square and have a stitch count of 60 x 60.

Introducing Freda’s Favourites – a 12-part series of two-sided mini pillows. A new mini pillow chart will be released on the 15th of each month throughout 2026. You can collect the whole series. Each monthly pattern includes a purple and blue colourway and finishing instructions.
Each mini pillow design has been adapted from little bits and pieces of some of Freda’s earlier charts. These pieces are the ones that brought out an “Oh WOW, this part is just awesome”. There are 12 re-imagined designs adjusted to fit into same border design. All of the pillows have a finished size of 3 ½” square.
Finishing possibilities are endless! When all of the monthly patterns have been released, instructions will be given on how to put all of the pillows together as a stunning mobile. You could also make a mini pillow for each colourway and finish the back with some coordinating quilting fabric (then you’d have 24 pillows – a perfect amount for a bowl of pillows). Make a pillow or bag insert with a few of your favourite blocks.
